Registration and identification
The Trader identifies the Consumers at the site by keeping log files on the server of the site.
The Trader shall have the right to collect and use information about the Consumers on the grounds of and for the goals and objectives of performance of the contract concluded with the Consumer under general terms and conditions. The information which is used for the identification of a person may include personal data indicated in the general terms and conditions and any other data, which the person provides voluntarily with his registration. The information includes any other data, which the Consumer enters, uses or provides within the use of the services.
Only people aged over 16 may register on the site. Upon registration, every person shall tick a check-box through which he declares that he is over 16 years of age.
The Trader shall apply all proper cares and be responsible for the protection of any Consumer’s information, which has become known to him as a result of the registration, save for the events of irresistible force, accidental situation or willful malicious actions by third parties.
In the registration form filled in by the Consumer upon registration, the Trader identifies the obligatory or voluntary character of providing the data and the consequences from the refusal to provide them.
The Trader may disclose personal data to third parties only in the cases specifically provided by the law and under the circumstances provided therein or after the express consent of the Consumers.
The Consumer may register by filling in the relevant online registration form, which is accessible in real time (on-line) on the internet at the website of the Trader, and by doing so he confirms his agreement with the General Terms and Conditions.
By clicking on the virtual button reading “Registration” or other similar text, having the power of written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the Consumer makes an electronic willful statement under the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, through which he declares that he has read the General Terms and Conditions, that he accepts them and binds himself to observe them. The Trader may store in the log files on his server the Consumer’s IP address, as well as any other information, necessary for his identification and reproduction of his electronic willful statement through which he agrees on the General Terms and Conditions to regulate any possible dispute that may arise. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the internet at the website of the Trader in a form that allows their storage and reproduction.
When filling in the application for the registration, the Consumer shall provide full and correct data referring to his identity (for natural persons), legal status (for legal entities) and the other data required by the electronic form of the Trader, and update them within 7 (seven) days from the date they are changed. The Consumer declares hereby that he agrees to provide the required personal data, and with respect to that he guarantees that the data he provides in the process of registration is true, complete and correct and if there is any change upon it, he will update it in a timely manner. If he provides untrue data, the Trader shall have the right to terminate or stop with immediate effect and without prior notice to deliver the services and to maintain the registration of the Consumer.
Upon his registration, the Consumer will receive unique username, which may be the email provided by the Consumer or data about the consumer from the social networks or services for the identification of third parties, and a password for access to the services, accessible on the website.
The Consumer may manage his user profile on the site through his account.
The username, which the Consumer uses for registration, does not grant any other right save those expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
The person making the registration who acts as a representative of a legal entity must enter his full names and address, respectively the name of the legal entity, which he represents.
The Consumer shall make all efforts and take the relevant measures which may be reasonably required to protect his password and not disclose it to third parties and notify the Trader immediately after he detects unauthorized access, and always when he has any doubt about such act. He takes the responsibility and the risk for the protection of his password and for all actions performed by him or by any third party who uses his password.
